Shipping policy
Orders usually ship one business day after being placed.
U.S. Shipping
- A flat rate of $7.99 will be applied to orders with items subtotaling less than $99.99. Orders over $100 will have varying shipping prices depending on the items being ordered. Free shipping does not apply to orders for bikes.
- Bikes can only be shipped in the 48 states of the contiguous U.S. Bikes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- All bikes that are shipped will require assembly that your local bike store will most likely charge an assembly fee for. It is highly recommended to bring your bike to your local authorized mechanic to assemble your bike to avoid your warranty from being voided. Assembly fees will vary by store.
- Expedited (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) shipping rates only apply to non-bike items. Mack Cycle can only ship bikes expedited after confirming rates on phone call, e-mail, or chat.
- For most oversized items like bicycles that weigh 20lbs and above, the shipping and handling charges for orders shipped to addresses in the U.S. vary and will appear during checkout or when you "calculate rates" during checkout by entering your state and zip code.
- Oversized orders will typically ship using UPS or FedEx.
- Indoor bikes (i.e. Stages SB20 and Wahoo Kickr) are considered overweight items by UPS and Fedex and cannot ship with regular UPS or Fedex Ground because they have a high probability of getting damaged. These indoor bikes must ship on a pallet and ship with our freight carrier (Southeast Freight) and the flat rate for freight shipping is $399.99 to any state in the U.S. except for Hawaii and Alaska.
International Shipping
For customers living outside of the United States, we recommend setting up a freight forwarding account with a U.S. based freight forwarder. Mack Cycle and Fitness can ship to freight forwarding addresses and the customer can arrange to have those packages forwarded to a non-U.S. address. Many customers reserve a dedicated credit card for purchases that ship to a freight forwarder (having your freight forwarder address on file with the credit card company will minimize delays since customer addresses would be verified right away).
Customers who order for shipping outside of the United States are responsible for any import fees, duties, taxes, etc. levied by your country’s UPS, FEDEX, or post office.
Mack Cycle and Fitness does not offer shipping for bikes outside of the U.S. Mack Cycle does ship lightweight apparel and some accessories internationally using DHL. Mack Cycle cannot ship nutritional items, electronic items, or liquids outside of the U.S. Custom fees, duties, taxes, etc. that are levied by the customer's country governmental agency are the responsibility of the customer to pay. In-Store Pickup
Orders requesting in-store pickup will be ready after 2:00 pm the following business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you call us by phone at 305-661-8363 to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days. If not picked up within 10 days the order will be canceled.
Some brands like Fuji, Giant, Specialized, and Yuba do not allow retailers to ship their bikes, so those bikes will only have the option to be picked up at our Miami store. Mack Cycle does require the customer to provide a driver's license or passport that shows the same name and address as the name and address placed on the online order.
Race Pickup
Orders requesting local race pickup will be delivered on race day. When placing your order please specify the race in the order comments.
